Stroke survivors' survey Scotland: Back to a life

The Back to a Life stroke campaign wants services to improve for people in Scotland who have communication difficulties after a stroke.

The campaign wants to find out what people who have had a stroke think and want. It is sending out a survey to people it thinks may have difficulties communicating after a stroke to find out:

• how their stroke has affected their communication
• how their communication difficulties have affected their life
• what sort of support they have had
  
• what improvements to communication services they would like

The campaign will use the information to tell Government how to improve communication services for people who have had a stroke.

If you have clients who you think will be suitable, please encourage them to fill in the survey.
